Beyond the receptionist
Outbound follow-up, SMS and web chat, deeper CRM or job-management integration, and systems built for regulated industries vary too much for a price list to be honest. For those, the free diagnostic produces a fixed quote before any work starts, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.

For a typical single-location business, yes. If your volume or setup is unusual, multiple locations or very heavy call traffic, we say so at the diagnostic, before you have paid anything.
