The short version
The diagnostic is free, so there is nothing to refund. The setup fee is fully refundable until the build starts. The monthly service runs month to month and you can cancel with notice at any time.
Setup fees
If you cancel before we begin building your system, we refund the setup fee in full.
If you cancel after the build is underway, we refund the portion of the fee for work not yet performed. We will tell you plainly where the build stands and what that number is.
If we cannot deliver a working system as scoped at your diagnostic, you get the setup fee back in full. That risk is ours, not yours.
Monthly service
The operate phase is billed monthly and runs month to month. Cancel with notice at any time; your service continues to the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again.
We do not pro-rate partial months, but we also do not bill after your cancellation takes effect.
Billing mistakes
Duplicate charges or charges made in error are refunded in full. Contact us and we will fix it, no forms and no friction.
How to request a refund
Email sales@endorithm.com from the address you purchased with, or reply to your payment confirmation email. We respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money typically arrives within 5 to 10 business days.
